Because they keep it clean and all the people there are friendly and nice they have security downstairs. They don't allow a person up unless someone bugs them in no one can just come and knock at your door. They have laundry in the building people to help you with your utilities and whatever else you need help with. They also give food out to the tenants every month. They have people willing to help you. It's really a nice building and everybody is concerned for the people in the building I also work in that building I have a client there two clients at that.
