Very unresponsive management,we are doing follow up for lease renewal since one month no one reply or call back.Also they are denying to do internal maintenance which is needed for sanity such as bath repairy.Security concerns in common area,lack of security.

Worst experience. Living here since 2 years but they do not respect their residents. No one will ever reply to your emails. Never ever gonna extend our lease. And the heating system during winters is worst.

Sewer ($22.50), trash removal ($ 5.00) and water ($ 22.50) are 'included' in the rent, but are separately itemized in the monthly invoice. As a group of responsible pet owners (always leash, always clean up after, always respect others space, etc.), we work hard to maintain a good relationship with other tennants and management. My understanding is that depending on the number and type of pets you have, the rate is adjusted accordingly.
Absolutely. It’s a wonderful community for independent Seniors.
