Midway Gardens Apartments is a life saver for our family my sister goes to the University she needed a safe nice place to live for reasonable rent while going to school. One of her peers suggested calling the leasing office to schedule an appointment, so we did. When we arrived we were blown away with the outside and staff the agent was so patience with our family my mom asking all the security questions while my father is talking about the price all while me and my sister was choosing which unit would be hers. We are moving my sister in this weekend thank you, Midway Gardens Apartments will be sharing with my college peers.

It's disappointing here. Although the safety of the area is decent, the physical building and management is aggravating. After living here for 30+ years, it's more depressing than anything to see the decline of a place that was once great. Seniors are suffering yet surviving, including my amazing mother and seniors that watched me grow up here. They shouldn't be doing either one. 17 floors of non-working laundry rooms, a thin and overworked maintenance staff, no present management on the property since covid, and the list goes on. I know there's a reason, but I've run out of patience and consideration. Management, where are you, man??

The rats, roaches & fleas run this building. Elevators rarely work. No operating washer/dryers on any floors. Maintenance men are lazy, unprofessional and highly inconsiderate. The project Manager, Terrell Thomas, and Assistant Manager, Arthur, are even worst in professionalism. Leaks and flooding occurs often here. Lead in pipes. Packages delivered are often stole by other residents. No security precautions-- keycard doesn't work. The worst living environment I've ever been in. This place is HELL
