Lisa Nichols, the on-site property manager should be investigated. Through my observation, she had no regard for the residents, their feelings and concerns. Working with her was not easy at all as she portrays to act pleasant but underneath the surface this is a miserable individual. Any time you must LIE to stay in good graces with your superiors while “throwing others under the bus” is proof of a disturbed spirit. She is indeed a hypocrite as she demands respect but she LACKS respect for others!!! If a suggestion box existed in this place, she’d be done with!! I never encountered not one individual who favored her. This speaks volumes!! While she’s being praised by her superiors, they should consider paying her a visit as well as HUD. While working in this capacity you must have compassion for others. She lacks this, PERIOD!!

The 1330 building is for seniors the housing complex is for families the age ranges are 25-60 with multiple children in each household at varying ages the town houses are still nice with three different layouts available but the area is awful. Shootings regularly, trash every where gang activity, drugs being sold and very little help from the property managers or security which was just out back in place less than 6 months ago.
No, but plenty of female hoodrats have their jailbird male hoodrats living here without being on the lease. I'm sure if you woo one of the single birds here, you'll be able to move in!
