Amazing place to live. Been here for about a year and no downsides whatsoever. Maintenance & cleaning is fast and great people. Package room works great. The gym is awesome and never too packed. The rooftop is also probably the highlight and is great for hosting. Huge kudos to Madeline the building manager. Since she started we’ve constantly had cool events like pop up plant shops, happy hours at nearby bars, and even a concert on the roof. Aside from that, she’s super responsive and markets this place really well. Best management I’ve had in Chicago which can make or break a place.

I move around a lot, so I’ve experienced a variety of buildings/property managers/management companies. MiCA is the best by a long shot. In particular, the property manager, Stef, goes above-and-beyond at every turn (and is just a great person in general).
