I booked a room because I was traveling and knew I would need a few hours of sleep before continuing. Booked a room for an entire night knowing I'd only need it for 5 or so hours. Got there around 5am and they had canceled my room without any notice via the app, email, or phone call. Incredibly poor service. I'm a platinum elite member and can say that for the most part Marriott hotels are great. However, steer clear of this location!!! They don't value their guests like the others.

Conveniently located off Hwy 16 and I295. I previously left a review about their sister hotel the Fairfield Inn just down the road (only issue was connectivity and a cellphone dead one). I transferred here and no issues with any technology services. Just like the Fairfield, the hotel is very clean and well kept. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Hotel lobby was great and the bistro had great food and drinks. Pool was clean and had some shade for when it gets too hot. location is convenient to both the Interstate and downtown St Augustine. Great golf and shopping is very close as well. Really enjoy this hotel and will definitely stay here again when my travel brings me back through!

Another fantastic Marriott property. Staff was great and the room was in perfect shape. Breakfast in the Bistro was perfect. My wife and I got a good start to the day. It's convenient to be able to get your Starbucks fix on site, and then there's no need to find another Starbucks right away, so you can get on the road.

First we paid $280 and she charged us extra for amenities when the pool and hot tub was out of service the whole stay. Didn’t even have complimentary breakfast, you had to by it. Wasn’t nice enough for the price. Will not be going there again and if I were you I would go somewhere WAYYY nicer for the same price where the pool and hot tub actually work. do not recommend save your money.
