Gambino's Pizza

After a long day traveling, my husband and I looked for a quick pizza place to grab something to eat. Gambino's had good reviews so we checked their website and found great pizzas to choose from as well as wings and mozzarella sticks. This was the end of our happy. We decided to go to the pizza place to place our order and take it back to our hotel. Entering the business felt like walking into a business/rummage sale! There were trinkets and things everywhere, not appropriate for a business. A television was playing Andy Griffith, which was the only thing I didn't mind. We ordered the hot wings and BBQ wings, Mozzarella sticks, and the Mobster pizza. The wings were good, the mozzarella sticks were good, but the pizza was flavorless. With all the ingredients in this pizza I certainly expected to taste them all! I did not taste the beef, sausage, pepperoni, Italian sausage, Canadian style bacon, salami, mushroom, green pepper, onion, black olive, and extra cheese! But what was really missing was the sauce. This was all crust, no flavor, and not at all what we paid for. We found the lady was friendly enough, but this place lacked flavor.

I really like their pizza with the exception of ,( I've even specifically asked for more sauce), on my pizza.this place has a problem with putting sauce on the pizzas and I'm not sure why. They have the potential to be up there with some of the other greats like Minsky's!but they're lack of sauce makes me gun shy to go back.Everything else is great!I'm a must on my sauce kind of person. Quality and staff was great!
