Started right at check in. We had 5 staying in a queen suite and would be using the sofa bed in the living room. We were informed that the TV cable box in the living room was not working. They said they only have 2 of those rooms and it wasn't working in either. Clerk said the manager knew and it was up to him to get it fixed. Opened up the sofa bed and there was dried food in it. Outside of the sofa (where you sit) was stained. Lots of bubbled spots on wall in bathroom looked like mold. Room not made up when we got back after our first night. Not cleaning rooms due to COVID is old now. Other hotels are back to cleaning rooms daily. Breakfast was horrible. "Eggs" were powdered (if mixed properly they can still be ok) and had the consistency of mixing sand and water ...they were mushy and soggy. French toast sticks were like rubber.

Driving on 95 this hotel doesn't look like anything special, however, once inside, the rooms are clean, the complementary breakfast is good and the management is outstanding. We made a reservation over a month ago that was final, no changes or cancelations. Three weeks later we had to add another night, resulting in two different rooms for the two nights. The manager stepped in and helped keep the same room we were in the first night. He was beyond nice. Service like this is what will always have me provide the highest recommendation. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and helping reduce what would have been added stress during an out of state wedding.

As a group of 8 we rented 3 rooms. The rooms seemed dirty, it had stains on the furniture and floors. There were tiny ants on the night stands and near the microwave. The remote wouldnt work on the TV we had to go to the fromt desk so we could borrow a universal remote from another room. They also gave us 2 NON working key cards to our room. On the contrary they did let us check in a bit early. I give 2 stars, 1) The bathrooms seemed clean and 2) the breakfast surprised me with thier selection and the breakfast bar lady was nice and made sure there was plenty of what we were asking for. BUT as we returned from an outing someone in our group walked up to their door slightly cracked and a makeshift mop left behind with towels left on the bathroom counter. Also an open drawer in the room, as well as a grocery bag pulled downward to reveal the contents (see photos). We were unsure if the place was robbed as it seemed shuffled through. When we let the desk cleark know they said the manager will be in the next day, as we checked out it was apologized for.

Most of the choice hotels are clean with friendly service. This particular place had an old stained dirty couch in the sitting area and old dirty carpeting in the hallway and stairwell. The bathroom however had been updated nicely.
