This is a large and busy location. Don't count on rooms being available for early check in. Nice pool. Full breakfast buffet with plenty of seating. 99 Restaurant on sit or lots of fast food nearby.

Room is a decent size. Bed is on a softer size. Good sized fridge, and microwave. Close to shops and restaurants. Overall the room is okay However the room could have been cleaned better....hair on towels and pillows. Shower wasn't properly cleaned as well.

I had a great stay, our room was clean which is a must. The breakfast was decent, I think if the food was better quality it would've been great. The coffee was burnt two of the three mornings which was a bummer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel itself is great with a nice indoor pool!

Excellent three star hotel especially for those who love pools they offer poolside rooms. They offer lots of choices for breakfast and the rooms are clean. Staff are very good and attentive to your needs! I have to most hotels on Plattsburgh and I will they have one of the largest gyms of any hotel in that area and has many different machines for cardio and weights. I would come here again!
