By far the most disorganized company in the terminal. Expect queues, long waiting times and chances of missing your flight even though you arrive 3 hours early. Detail, there are not so many people but the service 🥵

After a connection, they put me in a huge line. It was clear that I was going to miss my flight, so I started bugging Azul employees and they said that if I couldn't get my passport verified within 20 minutes of my DEPARTURE TIME (not even boarding time), they would put me in another "special line". After arriving at FLL, they locked us up inside the plane for 20 minutes! The lack of proper orientation was unnecessarily stressful, and I will be avoiding Azul from now on.

I spoke with the other airlines your disorganized lines were blocking, and both Norwegian and American airlines told me your people opened up the flight check in kiosk over an hour and 20 minutes late. Get it together you're a multi million dollar company that shouldn't be happening. Wont be flying Azul to Brazil nor will any of my family or friends.
In the tourist there are 2x23. In business they are 3x32.
Pay, pay pay. Azul used to be an ok airline. Now...? Horrible ground based service. The service in the planes is better but not great... The company does not care about the client.
