I have NEVER gotten bad customer service here. I try to go here for ALL our shipping needs. Wish they were an “approved” Amazon return-shipping center. If so, we wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else. They have shipping supplies, printers/copiers, PO boxes and even “free supplies,” like tape, pens, etc. USPS, FedEx, UPS. C’mon now! 👏🏻📬♥️📬👏🏻

Thank you, Edwin and Jillian, for making a complicated shipment, enjoyable! I had to mail a package overseas for a client, and ran into snafus regarding cost and address validation. Jillian was incredibly patient, personable, helpful, and delightful throughout my back-and-forth with the client, and then Edwin and Jillian worked together to solve my address validation issue - again, with patience and kindness. This location is further from my home than other shipping options, and I originally chose it simply because it was a DHL shipper. Moving forward, it will be my top choice because of the generous nature and capability of the staff. Thank you!
