If I can give negative stars I would cause you me company obviously doesn’t know how to ship and receive mail. I was suppose to get a package by you guys yesterday. It was important paperwork for my job. Was told by the employees there different things about my package 1.) package has been delayed and not in the facility 2.) was in facility just waiting to get processed 3.) was told can pick it up at facility but had to pay to pick it up within the hour. 4.) showed up to pick it up after paying to pick it.’c wasn’t there and had to wait another day for it This package was on next day shipping and to be received that same day(Priority Mail)It never showed up and now don’t have these paperwork that I need. So I would love to know where the hell my package is and why your employees can’t give a straight forward answer or the same answer when you use the same system. Extremely disappointed and now have to explain this to my work why I don’t have them.

For one package the delivery driver stated he wasn’t able to come to our door due to our gate. Yet, our gate has been broke w/ full access for 1month now. For another package we were told delivery attempts were made and yet we sat home all day and no one knocked once. Another time the delivery driver didn’t want to carry an item up the steps so they left $400 worth of merchandise at the bottom of our steps leaning against the wall.

There is no stupid question except for the one not asked.... UPS has drivers at all levels of customer service, you just got a poor one or someone who has been given too many stops because ups is cutting cost to boost earnings without raising rates.... welcome to the free market.... your other option is to buy local in a brick and mortar store
Don't understood why your going to pick it up Just request redelivery Plus if your registered on their site you can request ALL packages left where you want. Unless you have to sign for it
I would try to contact them during business hours and give them the info from the email.
