I frequently visit this store for my shipping needs. The store is clean and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful! I am usually dropping by this store 2-3 x a week. Even the summer help always greeted me with a smile and willing to go the extra mile. Isn’t that what we all hope for when spending our hard earned dollars?! *Except yesterday! I entered with a line backed up (which is not usually the case) There, parched up on a stool sat the most hateful lady (think her name is Kelly) who didn’t greet, didn’t smile and was NOT helpful at all. She immediately told me everything I did wrong with shipping my 2 packages and quickly sent me on my way to do it correctly (apparently to her standards, so she would not have to) and return again later. I left with my packages thinking 🤔 she just ruined my day, she hates her job, why! Should I return and give her MY business or money! And with the price of gas; I could easily stop at 2 other stores on my to this one who does NOT appreciate me as a customer! So I return home with my packages feeling scolded by the teacher and tell 3-4 family members of my encounter at your store today by Kelly. I decide to return to the same store to drop off my now “corrected” Amazon return drop offs and so thankful I do not see “Kelly” propped up to review my work once again. I mention my earlier horrible customer service experience to the clerk (who is Always helpful, positive and greets me with a smile) to learn that Kelly is the Store Manager! To whomever owns this store; do yourself a favor and get rid of Kelly! We DO have other options to give our business to and if I return again in the future to find miserable Kelly perched to help me, you can guarantee I will keep on going! Thanks to ALL the other staff here who make customers feel appreciated.
