These folks are absolutely amazing. Went to them with a Workmans comp claim that my former employer obviously had no intention of paying and within 24 hours, the check to Beaufort Memorial was in the mail. Two frustrating years of being ignored and getting the runaround was resolved in one day. Thank you Kevin Phillips for helping me out when you didn’t have to. It's nice to know in this day and age that there are still people that will go out of their way to simply help others.

Mr. Schiller and his team did an outstanding job helping me in a bad wreck back in October! They worked hard and fast to help win my case. Now I’m back with another car accident, they picked up immediately and were ready to help! Such an amazing team!! Highly recommended!

Questions & Answers

How do I pay for medical bills before I receive any compensation?

The problem of how to pay for medical treatment prior to settlement can be incredibly challenging when a claimant is not covered by major medical insurance. Please contact an attorney at Schiller & Hamilton to discuss your specific situation as the options available largely depend on an individual’s medical needs and coverage available.

Should I seek medical treatment immediately following my injuries, or after my case is settled?

You should seek medical attention and treatment as soon as it becomes apparent that treatment is medically necessary. Once a case is settled, it is typically not possible to receive compensation for any treatment that occurs after that date.
