I take my previous below review back - They now have strong air fresheners and refuse to remove them after I even provided literature of how unhealthy it is and said I would take my business elsewhere. I now try to avoid this UPS store too and go out of my way even more to Bluffton. (Previous review below.) I will ALWAYS come to this UPS on Lady’s Island, even tho I live 2 minutes from the one in Burton. The Lady’s Island staff is so very friendly and accommodating!! The Burton store smells sooo bad bc they use strong air fresheners and their customer service is not the best and they charge you to tape the box when Amazon says there is no tape necessary. Not to mention their manager is one of the most rude person. Thank you Ladys Island store for being amazing!!!

Yes. We just have a convience fee since we have to process eveything through them. For example, stamps are 47¢, and here they are 78¢
