Not clean at all! Hairs on the floor in the bathroom, fresh towels were dirty, dog hair on the carpet. Beds were good, breakfast is absolut minimum, not a reason to book here. Location is good, right at the interstate with everything you could possibly need around.

This was a very disappointing experience. First room had hair in the shower, unidentified matter in the sink and both bedskirts had stains that looked very much like a previous guest had a wild time on the beds (disgusting). The next room was sufficient but not great. Numerous arcade games were broken/ out of order. The brewery was not open for dinner service on a Saturday evening (6:30pm). Even my 8 year old son was disappointed in the place, he mentioned how old a not clean it was.

Had some good mold on the ceiling. The shower drain also liked to back up when the upstairs shower was running. Honestly a decent Plattsburgh experience!

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. The kids loved the splash pad and the arcade. Location is close to many restaurants and the mall. Will definitely be bringing the kids back again.
