I enjoyed my stay here. The lady that greeted us (I believe Jodi?) was extremely friendly, helpful and positive. Hotel was clean, quiet, and spacious. The only thing stopping me from giving this hotel a 5 star rating was the breakfast. Advertised from 6-9; we arrived at 7am to have no food left and nothing to be restocked. I have a gluten allergy so I can only ever eat some fruit and yogurt and that wasn’t even available, my friend could only eat cereal as everything else was gone. We were really looking forward to breakfast before our hike and were extremely disappointed to see the quality and quantity. Fix the hot tub & breakfast and this place would be an outstanding hotel to stay in.

Typical post covid motel. You have to ask for the room service the night before.... Morning breakfast is more minimal but adequate. Coffee is very good. And almost everything is prepackaged. Very cordial and helpful staff.

This hotel is awful! The front desk lady charged us a second time for a two night stay that we already paid for through a third party app, plus 4 additional charges that we still do not understand. She was not knowledgeable of how Hotwire works and when questioned about the unknown MasterCard number on our bill she proceeded to tell us we were “getting on her F’ing nerves!” She attempted to scan our card so many times that the bank locked the card for the weekend and we were left with tremendous inconvenience in an unknown city. The manager was no help at all and told us that the worker said we swore at her first (which we did not) and that she had a witness whom we found out later was her boyfriend. Needless to say the staff, manager and owner could care less about customer service. The manager and owner would not provide us with a small discount to stay an additional 2 nights after the horrendous customer service and complete inconvenience of our bank card, so we took our business elsewhere and stayed at the Days Inn with no issues for the remainder of our visit. We are regular Marriott customers but will never give our service to this location again, and are second guessing staying at any Marriott afternoon this experience. Thank you Days Inn Plattsburgh.

Checked in last Friday night March 11 booked two rooms went to take shower still hair in the shower. My sister room the water would not go down in the shower. Went down for breakfast at 7am on Saturday had to wait for 10 minutes scrambled eggs to be refill no coffee asked for it and that took forever to. Went out for the day Saturday came back and we are locked out of our rooms at 11:00pm. Same thing Sunday morning. The manager that was on Sunday morning didn’t even apologize for anything that went on. Very disappointed
