We booked for one night of Qui for shopping. When we arrived the receptionist was so dumb and depressed. after 12 signatures and initials. we finally got our room. The hotel was empty and we were at the other end of the complex on the second floor (not super practical with all our shopping bags). Wifi hardly works. It is impossible to connect our Apple tv since the tv is too old. We paid extra for a room with a whirlpool bath...the bath motor blew up. A dream experience.

We booked a non-smoking room with a jacuzzi tub. The lobby was nice and staff was friendly. However , when we got to our room it reeked of smoke. Then we noticed the bedspread was covered with cigarette burn holes and yellow stains. The tv was very old and the remote was filthy. Final straw- the jacuzzi tub didn't work. We checked out immediately. Staff was helpful checking us out without penalty. Will not return. Hotel we went to next knew what place we were referring to without us naming it!

Positive: The jacuzzi tub. It didn¿t work until the last night, though. Negative: The pictures of the place were very misleading. The outside of the motel is VERY rough. The bed is super uncomfortable and the pillows made my neck sore. Putting this place next to the comfort inn and that other hotel for the 3 place deal was Terrible

Positive: The location Negative: I couldn't believe how dirty it was. I wasn't expecting much since I knew the rating of the hotel and read the reviews. But big stains on the mattresses, the outside was disgusting, garbage everywhere, food on the floor, the smell of the room...
