Our family had a blast ! ! The full breakfast was great and the staff was super nice. Had a heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, but was in a sort of green room so you can still enjoy the sun, or in our case the snow the next time we go. Only problem is we were charged $90 more a night than what online quoted, so be ready for that. I get $20 or $30, but that's more than double what there website said. Oh, pool and jacuzzi handicapped accessible.

First night stayed was great when dealing with the nice older gentleman up front. But the second night whole different ball game. Checked out early for work thinking we were leaving the first night, only for the manager to be down right rude when we came to check in again for another night. Rates were horrible for the places condition and environment. This place hostels the local rehab people as well that you will see occasionally walking around and making the place uncomfortable. Beds were nice, shower was okay but the younger manager that likes to smoke outside with the guests needs to take a hike and have his attitude adjusted for his position. Will not be going back to stay, or recommending my company to stay here again when we do work here.

This was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The staff was amazing. The entire hotel was clean and the breakfast and coffee was great. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. Shout out to Michael, who does numerous jobs around the hotel, for the great conversation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in in the Plattsburgh area. We will be staying again. 😊

If I could rate this hotel a “ zero “ I would, front desk staff very friendly, but everything from black mold to wet carpets, hair/soap in bathrooms. Toilet was disgusting had to have staff come flush and clean it.Garbage kicked under our bed and night stand. Hair absolutely everywhere in bed around bed. Nothing had been cleaned in our room including the ceiling fan that had months worth of dust. Ending up with a different room which also was dirty but a little better than the first. We visit this town weekly for work, we will never ever stay at this hotel again!
