Very bad and dirty rooms. There were bugs in the room and mold in the bathroom. Not recommended, we ended up sleeping in the car and still paid the money.

This place is very dated and run down. We stayed in one of the cabins and the couch was so filthy we had to put a bed sheet on it to sit. There were also cigarette burn holes in the upholstery. The window AC units were also filthy. Would not recommend staying here unless you desperately needed a place to stay. Bed sheets didn't even fit the bed properly.

It's quiet and the rooms are clean but, as with the rest of the property, everything is older and kind of worn out. It's not a problem really because the price is low. It would be nice if the person working the desk was there a little earlier and later but again, not a deal breaker.

Great locations and very clean. The people that work here are very helpful with all my needs and the next time I returned to the area I already know where I will be staying. Rip Van Winkle is the best in Plattsburgh.
