Nice rooms clean quiet plenty of parking and big yard to walk dogs if you have one great restaurant next door a must eat if you stay anywhere close it's called the Butcher block

We reserved for a one night stay. We intended to go to Ausable Chasm from Canada. We came in around 8h30 and went straight to the hotel. The clerk said if we wanted to check in now they would charge us an extra day!! Annoyed, we went on our way to our day until check in at 15h 00. The reception area looked like a scene from a horror movie. We asked him if we could use the restroom before leaving, he said there weren’t any! Run from this dive! We cancelled. We later booked at the Holiday Inn express across the street and were very satisfied!

Positive: I wasn¿t sleeping in the snow but other than that it was nasty Negative: This place is a flop house, anyone can walk in off the streets, and does. The place reeked of smoke, both cigs and weed, it was loud, dark, and I hated every second there. I would have complained to the front desk but the room phone doesn¿t work.

Normally we never have a problem here but this time there was freezing rain. I do know it's a holiday but they should want people to be safe. Parking lot was very icy. No sanding or salting was done. Along with walkways it was all just a sheet of ice. But on the plus staff is always helpful and friendly. Rooms aren't bad. Me and my fiance stay here whenever we come to visit his grandparents.
