No stars. This was the Worst stay I ever had. Our room Neigbhors were very loud and throwing things and it’s a Smoke free hotel. They were smoking!!! lot. I Called the front desk and they send someone up and told them to quite down and as soon as he left they laugh and then tried to break Thur the door that is between the rooms. I asked if anything could be credited cause of not getting very much sleep. They told me they can not cause I booked Thur a 3 party (like a lot of people do now a days). They refuse to give any discount and to top it off The manager didn’t even say we are sorry this happen when just talked to him on the phone at 6:17pm tonight. Will not recommend this hotel

Great location and parking space. Excellent restaurants near by and close to highway. During covid, they did provide breakfast for pickup and the representatives at front desk were very friendly. Overall had a great stay for 2 days. The only concern for me was not providing bottled water and had to get my own from outside.

Staff was accommodating. Big enough size lot if you’re towing some thing. Rooms were clean and it was reasonably quiet. We had a good stay and we would definitely stay again if we are in Plattsburgh. Walmart is right across the road and there’s plenty of different types of restaurants around to grab some food.

Hotel room was much bigger than expected. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the rooms were very clean. The gym was decent and there was a pool available. Had it not been for the fact that the elevator needed maintenance work twice during my stay; I would have given the hotel 5 stars. I did get a drink voucher for the inconvenience though. The staff was very friendly! Would definitely consider staying here again
