Terrible service, internet constantly cuts in and out, they have no idea how to resolve it. Can't wait for the competition to open up and ditch them for fiber and unlimited data!

Went to get a new modem for our internet and they didn't give us the cord that goes to it so had to go back out and get a cord then call customer service and get it all set up. Very poor service 😢

The cover for the Mediacom cables, wires etc has been either vandalized, taken off or blown off. Cables and wires are all sticking and falling out. They won't give me the phone # of the Mason City office. Don't you ppl care about your equipment..no wonder our bills are so high. This is the second time I have reported it. It is at 190 S. Grover. Near apt. #316.

You do need to have the proper box to be able to record. Also, you can only record if you are paying for DVR service.

I had the same problem with mine. You have to call Mediacom and request a new main TiVo box.

I can't do anything with Mediacom online until I actually receive my first bill. Hate the customer handling there.
