Very disappointed to have paid $$ for Shentel to build a node so we can have internet. We were told engineering takes about 10 business days, then scheduling will begin. I called today only to be told the process can take 60 to 90 days… so frustrating to get a different answer every time we call.

just installed Shentel internet in our new home. 1st time with Shentel. Was with Comcast/Xfinity for almost 20 years. customer service much better with Shentel. Carlos was our installer and was very friendly. helped me re-terminate a few of the coax runs in the house. speeds and service have been fine so far.

This company is the best btw if your talking about bad internet it’s called having 1 line in you would now that if you understand internet at all but no btw maybe in the past they throttled because with this company you do everything you want gaming live-streaming I guess it depends on your area but my area it’s amazing for rural internet access also no downs what so ever!
