This post is long overdue. Natalie and Wagner were amazing. My wife and I moved into our new home in September right at the beginning of the football season. Natalie was able to accommodate our busy schedule and meet with me to set up services. Upon arrival our technician Wager was just as nice and helpful as Natalie. Wagner and I talked sports and baseball while he was setting up our service. He spent the time to explain everything and help us get our service set up without having to have wires run all over the house. Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them more in the future.

What a great experience. Natalie really understands Direct TV and got us in a great package. This was a much better experience than calling an 800 number.
