My new LG OLED tv developed a vertical green line shortly after I bought it. I called LG, they took down my info and issued a reference number. 2 days later I received a text saying Stan's Electronics in Hendersonville would be addressing the issue. Stan came out that same day, looked at the tv and immediately knew that I needed a new screen. He ordered the part that day (Friday) and the part shipped on Monday. It arrived the next day. He and his son came out shortly there after and installed the new screen within 1hour. Very knowledgeable, good communicator, and friendly.

Many thanks to Stan (and team) for great customer service and a quick turn around. Our Hitachi smart TV came to us with a faulty motherboard and after a bit of a tangle with Hitachi over warranty issues, they agreed to cover the cost of repairs and pointed us to Stan. Stan seemed more than willing to help and was waiting on our call. My husband dropped the TV off on a Tuesday afternoon and within 48hrs Stan left a voicemail stating the TV was repaired and ready for pick up.
