The staff was incredibly rude. I ordered on a Friday for a next day pickup. When I hadn’t heard anything by Monday, I called them. They seemed annoyed at me from the very beginning. I gave them my name and the name of the person picking them up three separate times, on top of the order number. I was accused of sending them to the wrong store. After fifteen minutes of verbal abuse, the girl finally found them under my name. When she did, she said “OH, I know what happened; you never gave me your name”, when I actually gave it to her before I ever gave her the pick up person’s name. Her and the manager (I was on speaker phone I’m assuming) were both unapologetic and acted dumbfounded when I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience. I luckily don’t live in this town, but I will NEVER order anything from this store ever again.

Staples copy center went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I'd give them more stars if I could. Shout out to John O. and Adena A. They took a custom, tedious task and made it look flawless. They definitely made my day!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I cannot say enough good about this Store. I have been so many times, they never fail to help me or find someone that can. John gives the very best Customer Service. The whole team are amazing. Service after the sale is just as awesome. I was having trouble with a excel form and his team didn't disappoint. My form is fixed and it was a user error. But, they where able to figure it out. Do yourself a favor and shop here. You will not regret it.
