I called early on a Monday and spoke to someone and left a message to have someone call me. I have yet to receive a call back and its now Wednesday. I wouldn’t recommend.

I called after a beloved pet passed away in my arms. I needed help. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She literally fought with me over the phone about details that I didn't know and refused to help. She treated me like I was an inconvenience to her and to top it off she hung up on me. I never raised my voice or used unsavory language. I did have to keep repeating myself because she wasn't listening. I reported her disgusting behavior and I received a call from her manager. The manager, instead of apologizing for her employees unacceptable behavior, accused me of being difficult. Refusing to help or even be compassionate in this difficult time. No apologies, no class, just disrespect and finger pointing. I do not recommend this company or it's services. They will treat you like a burden and than cover for one another. The woman I spoke with are pathetic and useless.

Extremely professional. Everyone I came in contact with was very respectful, with a kind and caring demeanor..for which I'm so grateful. I received my Cilla cats ashes back in a timely manner. Also received the sweetest surprise..her peet print. A very thoughtful gift.
