When we moved in 2019, we loved this community and our home. Not so much now as repairs/replacements we were promised at the time we signed the contract still have not been done! The major issue is a sliding door with condensation which has gotten so bad that we can't see through it. Promises, blaming other people and policy, and ignoring our maintenancerequests have continued throughout these 3 years. Before you sign a contract, insure that all work promised has been done!

What a beautiful, well maintained community with diverse and active residents! If you are a senior and looking to downsize, I encourage you to take a tour of this cozy community with both individual 1-3 bedroom homes with garages and with a 24 hour Memory Care Center, The Legacies. The management and staff are both dedicated and delightful and put the needs of the community first! There is never a dull moment here as there are daily/weekly activities to suit everyone's taste whether you enjoy Mahjong, Billiards, Arts and Crafts, Chorus, Woodworking, Game Nights or Gardening. They keep you as active as you'd like to be with daily exercise classes, walking club and there is a resident Therapy House right in the community. They provide outstanding meals in the dining hall and wonderful local and regional entertainment. It's just a Happy Place to call Home!

Heritage Hills is such a special place. From the independent living homes to the Specialized Memory Care unit, everyone is so friendly. It is a real pleasure to see the passion the residents have for Heritage Hills and I am thrilled I get to be a part of that.

My mom moved into the memory care at Heritage Hills about one month ago. It has been a hard transition during COVID but the staff has gone out of their way to be accommodating. They treat their residents with total respect and offer not just safety and comfort, but true quality of life for this fragile population. The have even figured out how to allow visitation safely in a nice spot outside. Thank you Heritage Hills in Hendersonville, NC!
