I've been a regular patient with Dr. Robert Bailey, M.D. since 2006 and I've never had a problem. He is a wonderful, effective, efficient, and skilled physician and the current office if fantastic. Of course, I treat the staff with respect and dignity and they reciprocate, also I do my best to cooperate with the workers and their policies which I've always found to be very reasonable. AdventHealth is a great medical provider for my needs and they suit my requests and preferences!

AdventHealth Medical Group was the best. I had my first visit recently and they all were so nice and courteous from the front desk, nurses and my doctor was great! I'd recommend them to anyone seeking a doctor.

They will not see patients who have been diagnosed with Covid-19 recently until the patient gets a negative test. Neither the WHO, CDC, nor the State or local health departments advise re-testing as a means to re-enter society after an infection. The official quarantine guidelines now are 5 days isolation from the day after symptom onset, and then 5 days of strict mask wearing after that. Then, you are completely free to resume normal activity. Furthermore, a patient may test positive up to 30 days on an antigen test, and 90 days on a PCR, and this is far too long to keep a patient from seeing their doctor when science has definitively proven now that you are only contagious up to 5 days after symptom onset. Please AdventHealth, base your policies on an official source and stop this misinformation that is still such a problem despite having easy access to the right info for two whole years. As healthcare providers, you should set the standard, not base your decision on what is convenient for you.
