I have gone to this location for over two years. Cody the old Mgr & Adam have always taken excellent care of me & my car. Today my daughter actually had a good day & I was Ill, so she offered to take my car there for a 1 pm apt. For an oil change & alignment. My daughter got there 15 minutes early and at 1:30 she called me saying the new Mgr Caleb, refuses to take a competitor’s coupon for an oil change ( they take them & always have), he stated he would only take NTB oil coupons,all other NTB’s take competitors coupons!) He hung up with me stating he would give me a discount instead of honoring the competition’s coupon. I said no, we would go down the street and get the oil change there. But we still needed the Alignment (I bought a 5 yr alignment from them). My daughter then called me again stating that Caleb stated since I was unhappy with his discount, then he thinks he should give me a refund on my 5 yr alignment and go somewhere else! WHAT???? I called him upset, he preceded to tell me that it would be a 2.5 hour wait before he would do the alignment! AND that he wasn’t doing this out of spite ( I never said he was up to that point!) It didn’t matter that we had a 1 PM appointment! Really??? How Spiteful, Rude & Ugly can one person be??!!! NTB- WTH are you thinking??? Bring back Cody or promote Adam!!! Get Caleb out of there!!! I will not go back to Sachse NTB on any day Caleb is there!!! Be warned friends!! Wow!! Just Wow!! My daughter has a rare lung disease, she hardly ever gets out of bed, but I have had a disabling migraine for several days (fluid on the brain), Caleb wants my daughter who was doing me a huge favor since all the lights were on the car warning us to get oil change, and it was pulling really bad & our only car, to wait THERE for 3 HOURS before he would get around to doing an alignment! I guess Human Compassion, Guarentee to accept competitors coupons & Honoring Appointment times are All NULL & Void where Caleb the new manager???? Is concerned!!!! Wow!! How sad! I use to tell Everyone to go there! Not now!!

Are you a woman that wants to be taken advantage of because they think you do not know things? Then this is the perfect place to go. I stopped by recently because I had a tire with low air. Not only did the guy failed to see the big nail in my tire, but he also tried to tell me I needed to replace ALL 4 of my tires because they were in “bad condition” and “wavy”. Of course he didn’t know one of my tires is only 4 months old due to having it replaced in May so it made his BS pretty easy to tell.

Call them first for tires prices and whoever over the phone gave me the price but refused to give me the other details related to the tires, he said I don’t have time to talk to you right now come to the shop…that’s rude, that’s why I bought my tires somewhere and came here for alignment and the person at front told me it will take 30-45 minutes, first 35 minutes my car still outside and no one was at front so I can ask them, there phone was ringing all this time no one answered finally someone showed up and I asked him what happened my car still outside he had no answer, first time at this location and I have very bad experience.
