The last 2 packages that I have dropped off at the Sachse UPS location have been LOST, even tho their is a tracking number associated with my dropped off package!!!!!!!! Called UPS customer service........absolutely NO ASSISTANCE provided other than was told to file a claim against UPS. I went to the UPS store where I dropped off the package and was told to call Amazon about the lost package! Why is it that these HUGE CORPROATIONS make us, the little guy, do all of the leg work for their mistakes?

Wonderful, professional service, thank you to the staff and Ed for making it painless. I had a metal pedal car frame that needed to be packed and shipped to CA. The process was smooth and efficient and the packing job just perfect. The box and wooden pallet arrived with no issues. I would certainly use them again.
