Quality retail experience. The rise of digital media has really hit the music, movie and magazine (especially tech) sections, but otherwise there's still lots of books, games, and reading supplies like magnifying glasses, lap desks, and bookmarks. Really my only complaint is how they've rearranged the store shelves. No more orderly rows, now the shelves are arranged in a way that's like 3 sides of a square, creating little nooks throughout the store. Overall I don't think it adds to the experience. It means long term customers no longer know where anything is, and it also seems to be a strategy to try and disguise the fact that there is less stock in the store than there used to be. It's also less orderly in appearance, and again makes a confusing first impression. Overall still a nice place to shop and explore, but minus one star for the odd new store layout.

Maybe during the holidays, but it's not something I have seen around normally.
What I would try is going online and selecting buy online pick up in store that way it guarantees they have it there for you it's super handy or you can call when they open to see if they have it in store already
