I have been going to No-D-Lay for boots for over 15 years and yet to have a bad experience. I enjoy supporting a local business. Update 3-21-2022. Amazing customer service.

Great little downtown footwear store. I bought my work boots and insoles here. Nick was very knowledgeable easygoing and helpful. Great customer service and return policy. I’m quite thrilled to support a local business. They also sell a lot of USA made products. Keep up the great work!

Been going there for the last 3 years... I came in to ask for the same pair of shoes that I have gotten for the last 3 years. They do not have them. I would rather take the $200 that I am given from my company and get them somewhere else, But I cannot. they cannot preorder them. Until a few months from now. Even though I go there every year and ask for the same pair in advance.. Pretty much "Get a different pair of shoes When you come in" Is what I'm told... Good people! Just bad customer service !!! And by I mean get the same pair of shoes I've done this a year in advance... Georgia Pacific needs to give its own employees the option of buying shoes wherever they want not just this one individual company

They Are still open and have not moved since I was just there last week
Good morning, We no longer do shoe repair at our shoe store. We focus on footwear, primarily work boots and shoes. The repair shop in town is called Albany Shoe Repair on SE 2nd. The other close repair shops are Sedlaks in downtown Corvallis and Edward's Shoe Repair in Keizer. I would give them a call for pricing. Have a great week, April No-D-Lay Shoe Shop
They might do some minor repairs, if they can't then they will direct you to the guy that purchased their equipment and he is just down the street. Both places have treated me very well!
