No one there seems to understand people with disabilities. No one bothered to tell me they have a locked shower which meets ADA regulations. I suffered through bathrooms and showers that were extremely dangerous for me. The people running the KOA are uninformed and unprofessional. I am a senior and handicapped. In the heat of the day I was treated as a sub human. They said they would refund my money but after needing to pack up in the 4 pm heat of the day the young lady refused to bring paperwork to me out in my car to show the refund to my card, she refused saying she was not allowed to go outside. When I left she was outside talking to someone. I am done with KOA. They used to have some credibility.

We enjoy KOA locations. The staff was friendly and grounds well kept. The only problem was the swimming pool was in disrepair and being fixed π. With temps in the 90's not fun. Also the miniture golf was in desperate need of repair as well. These are just the amenities that were not functioning but the facilities were well taken care of.

Reserved and paid for an end site online about six months prior to our trip. We got there, exhausted from driving, and wanting to set up and relax. The lady at the counter said "No end sites available." I showed her my receipt proving that I paid for an end site, which are more expensive. It said so right on there. Nope, too bad, none available. Tired, we just took the site she assigned to us and got some rest. The next day I tried to plead my case and the lady behind the counter didn't want to hear it. I was able to call the owner who was on vacation and she promised me a refund, which never happened. Most of the sites are so close together, I had to dump my tanks right next to a family eating breakfast. If you enjoy interaction with people, it's all fine. If you are wanting privacy, forget it. Some fire rings are so close to the road you are constantly saying "Hi" to people out for a walk. I will never go back there. I can get past a lot of things, except being treated rudely and being cheated.

I absolutely loved staying at this KOA, I have been to others but none compare to this one. First, itβs in a great location to Corvallis and Albany. They have a wonderful dog park and nature trail. But what I would like to mention the most, is the wonderful workers. The front desk women are so helpful and caring, the handymen are also so respectful and helpful! I am sad to go!!

Nice advice Captain Obvious. We pay $600 a month and that includes water, electric, garbage and cable. That's at the KOA on Hwy 34 in Oregon and we've been here awhile, rates are about to go up for the season.
