Will offer high speed internet, then charge you for a different modem, but never has high speed. Complete scam. Can’t even stream without buffering. 120-300ms. Send clueless techs out how break your stuff and don’t fix anything or even know which unit is the modem. Avoid by any means possible

Call customer service advise you want removed from mailing be polite and dont be offensive to the rep lol explain that its been an ongoing problem. If this is still an issue let me know please. As for mediocre service i pay for 1 gig and consistently test 750-950mbps
