I tried scheduling an appointment through the online portal and saw that there was a 12:00 appointment available, the website wouldn’t allow me to schedule so I walked in as we live only a couple minutes away just to see if my daughter could still be seen for the noon appt. The provider said that it was past noon so we couldn’t be seen for the noon appointment, which in my Providence app was still open and available which she was able to see as well. To be very clear it was 12:05 because we stood around for a few minutes not knowing where to go or who to talk to. When we actually located the provider she wasn’t seeing anyone either rather she was standing around looking at her phone. There was no other patients around and she said to come back at 3:00pm. We drove to the walk in clinic in MillCreek and it was the best decision because 5 minutes past an available appointment time when you’re not with a patient seems odd that one can’t be seen especially for a wound. All she could say was “the website is having some problems with scheduling…..” and that was it. Her lack of concern for patient care made me lack confidence in her abilities and I was happy to go elsewhere to have my daughter treated. Go to any of the other walk in clinics this location and the provider is one to be avoided.

Honestly really glad I came here instead of my Normal urgent care. Came in for an ear/hearing problem and they were all very nice and listened to what I had to say, got referrals to specialists for further treatment and they were extremely helpful!

Great experience, easy to phone in, friendly staff and I was able to walk right in. Second review: just had to say again how wonderful the staff is, especially Nicole believe she is a Family Nurse Practitioner, but what an easy way to see someone when it’s inconvenient to get to your doctor!

This is great place to go if you have minor health issues. The nurse practitioner is very nice and knowledgeable. She takes her time with you. We've gone here many times for our son and I've been here too for myself and really felt well taken care of by all the staff. The appointments are very easy to make online and by doing so I never had to wait at all when coming in for the appointment.
