This is my favorite spot to go to if I’m feeling sick and need a quick doctor’s visit. Their staff is super friendly and warm, and the appointments are pretty quick (half hour or less) with virtually no wait time. Parking is easy - there’s a 2 hr lot on the right when you pass the ExpressCare.

Staff was super friendly and services were truly quick. If you’re visiting with symptoms, be sure to specifically ask for a PCR test otherwise you will be given a rapid test. I did not realize this until after the fact as this was my first time getting tested at a clinic. I also suggest making an online appointment as I was a walk-in and asked to make an appointment in the future.

The nurse assistant explained what to expect and referred other clinics for traveling testing and Doc provided clarity on how the test process is performed, different type of test and duration for test results. I appreciated their exceptional customer service that puts my mind at ease. I made the trip from happy valley area and it was worthwhile. Thank you for all that you do!

I had an appointment for 11:40, called the line to tell them I was running a few minutes behind because there was no parking. Sat on hold because the number online wasn't a direct line. Never got to someone. By the time I got parked it was 11:45. Walked in to the office and no one was there. Waited a few minutes. No one came. Went out to my car to grab my insurance card. Came back still no one there it was 11:55. Still no one there. Then the employee finally shows up and starts arguing with me about whether or not she was sitting there. I wasn't even upset about waiting. She then tells me I missed my appointment even though I was under 10 minutes late. I wouldn't have cared if she had blatantly been lying and arguing with me. Then the doctor comes over and says they are booked on appointments, which again would've been fine; I was late. But her attitude was so rude, and she should not be in the medical field. I won't be back to this location.
