I was able to reserve my place online and was seen to on arrival. The PA and MD who attended to me were both really helpful, thorough and competent at addressing and resolving my medical issue. On-site laboratory testing meant I was able to receive blood results required within hours of appointment to confirm diagnosis. Many thanks for your assistance.

I’m still not happy with my last visit, but anyone can have a bad day. This clinic has always been good to me before, I hope they get their scheduling & staffing issues fixed, but the Dr’s are kind & compassionate, and most everyone else.

I went today (April 15th) for stomach pain. The doctor I had was wonderful, she actually listened to what I had to say and for the first time in a really long time didn’t have the “well the pain will pass eventually” idea that is very popular is American healthcare. She prescribed me anti-nausea and gave me a shot of Tordal I had no idea this medicine existed but within minutes the cramping that was keeping me in bed for two days left, I was even able to go to a shift a couple hours later. It genuinely warms my heart to feel as though a doctor actually cared if I was in pain. Overall immediate care gateway has been more effective to actually figuring out what’s wrong with me that the emergency room. They have great great doctors. The only downside is you do have to be ready for a bit of a wait my appointment was for a little after 1 and I didn’t leave until about 2:20 because there was a solid time just waiting but you have to understand they push through a TON of people everyday. I’d rather have amazing medical care and wait longer than not be listened to a leave feeling worse than I got there. Thank you for everything everyone who works here does:)

I just want to thank the entire staff. I felt they handled my case with compassion and humanity. They were pretty quick to call each person into triage and to do an initial assessment. As they are only human, I’m certain that they don’t always get it right, but it’s certainly not from lack of effort.

It can be done without an appointment, but the wait the last time I visited, walk ins were sometimes upwards of an hour or two. It can likely be done without insurance as well, but you may be asked to pay the cost of the service out of pocket or to set up billing. I would probably recommend calling and speaking to someone in the office about billing options.

It does have an urgent care, but not an opthalmologist on staff. However, they will see you and make the right referrals if needed.

If you are in a rush, check out the Express Care clinics. I was in and out of the Express Care on 181st and Glisan in a little bit less time than my lunch break at work.
