Do not go here to get foil highlights! Hair ended up with spots and different colors. Looks like a zebra on top of the head. Took over 4 hours and looks horrible. The stylist kept stopping to help others. Awful experience. I would give less than one star if I could.

I have been going to the Gateway location, the salon is always clean And the staff makes me feel welcomed, Kolette has has always provided me with an excellent cut and colors. She offers advice, which I really appreciate.. I have never been disappointed when I was finished. I just hope Kolette knows what a difference she makes not only for me but all her clients. I just feel so much more confident when I am having a “ good hair day” !! Thank you so much Kolette for your EXCELLENT skills and customer service!!

I was lucky to get my haircut without a wait, seeing as I showed up midday with no appointment. Marsha did a pretty good job too, with some direction from me. Next time I'll call and see if I can make an appointment with Donna. She's my favorite.

I asked for a short layered bob cut, stylist only cut back of hair and it is all choppy looking not layered, front and sides of hair were not even trimmed. She was a young stylist who I wanted to have faith in and was very sweet girl, really needs to listen to what the customer is asking for. Took over an hour for her to cut the back and I am so very unhappy. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
