Great park overall, we were there for day use, not camping, but when we camped there a few years ago, and it was very nice at that point.

Wonderful place. It's just beautiful and peaceful. Family gathered from all over the states. First time it ever happen. It's was great. The park was able to accommodate everyone and the employees was so kind. We invited them in as family as well. Next time you are in McCormick SC, go out to visit the park and experience it.

I don't think they have any close by. It's pretty far out there and not in a major city.
They are only open during certain hours, supposed to be from 11:00 am to 12:00 but they may not always follow that. You can go onto their website to book a site: https://southcarolinaparks.com/baker-creek
You could also try calling the Park office 1-864-443-2457.
Also anywhere around the banks. Are you fishing for bass or crappie?
