This is the worst visit I have ever experience in my life. I was seeing by doctor Siler, Janelle ND for two issues. The doctor denied upon check in that I can be seen for only one issue. Both issues involve antibiotic, and symptoms severity can progress without appropriate treatment on a timely manner. The doctor refuse to help me with my second issues and went on explaining how she does not have enough time to check for me. She can only have 15min to see to my needs and check on my symptoms for ‘one chief complaint’. Our appointment was 15min max when it was book for 30min appointment. I asked to book another 30min appointment to get my 2nd issue address but I was denied on the spot because of insurance not paying for two appt. I had copays to pay and I am not worried to pay another copay, but the doctor denied to check my second symptom. I was very disappointed for I didn’t felt like I received the care that I needed and I have to call off work for another day to get a different appointment to get my 2nd issues check up. No patient care was given and I felt like I was at a fast food to-go restaurant. I have a menu to order from and if I have other issues I’m on my own. No patient empathy, patient assurance, or customer service at least was provided. This is a healthcare clinic!! I need care not a come and go for a prescription. So disappointed with Zoomcare, not considering another service from this provider specific and zoomcare as a whole. I felt like I was looked down and neglected when I actually have to pay for my care needs. I feel like I lost trust in Zoomcare doctors as a whole. Should I even take what was prescribe as my second question, I’m not sure if the doctor was there for the better of my well-being or just to have her clock in/out of work. Is it her well being or my well being now, when it is a payed service by my insurance.

Amazing care. Insightful, quick, thorough. Honestly I was told I’d feel better in 48 hours and I felt better much sooner. Maybe it was their ability to “zoom” in on my prognosis. Thank you so much. My wife and I will definitely be singing your location’s praises!

Went in with a nasty cut for stitches and a tetanus shot. Had lovely super-great service. Did shot in way that didn’t even hurt, plus the many little shots of number around the gash before she could really clean it well so I wouldn’t be in pain. Sellwood Zoom was wonderful.

Booked via the app and made an appointment for just a few hours later. I arrived a few minutes early to check in, and my appointment started right on time. The doctor was friendly. I love that they can fill some prescriptions on-site and have OTC options like NyQuil and Advil for sale there, too, so there's no need for an extra trip to the pharmacy. My insurance covered the appointment. Easy, friendly, fast. Would definitely use again next time I needed urgent care.
