Absolutely horrible service!! Thieves!! Mediacom does not provide the service that they claim and charge you for. Monthly charges keep going up while service, quality, speed, and reliability keep going down. Internet connection is very unreliable and unstable. Losing internet (and home phone service) multiple times a day. If you can't provide the promised service and quality that is advertised, then why do I get charged full price every month and my bill continually getting raised? Email us?? Already have...... multiple times! Contact customer service?? Already have..... multiple times! Let us run a diagnostic on your system?? Already have..... multiple times! Let us send a tech out to check things out?? Already have..... multiple times! Mediacom is HORRIBLE!!!!

For payments only Yes. You cannot leave equipment (Boxes, Modems or other Equipment ) at the drop boxes but payments are processed from the drop box next business day.
Wow! I would probably think that you have a paranormal phenomenon going on it happens sometimes! You know how the spirit world loves to binge on Netflix! I'm sure Mediacom will have an answer that's more far-fetched than this one😉
