A long delay, under staffed

Needed a new phone activated. Salesperson got it started then disappeared for more than 20 minutes. Never checked on us or the status of the activation. Had to ask another employee to get him, Darius I think, to come check on things. Very poor customer service. We left

I wasn't able to get any help with phone support so I went to the store only to not get any help there either. They did contact support for me and I told them about my over a month ongoing issue with them sending me the incorrect replacement phone. An appointment was set up for a supervisor to call me at 1PM that day but never received a call. In the past month I have been on hold with Verizon support more than I've talked with them. Every Agent told me something different and never followed through with what they said they would do.

No you don't have to change your plan. I've been with Verizon since 2008 and my mother has for even longer and she still has the old unlimited data plan where they dont throttle your usage after 22gigs (theycall it a grandfathered plan). I would expect customer service to offer you a new plan as the company is always modifying service plans for maximum profit. I kindly decline when offered to me.
I'm not sure. What I do know is it's a very professional. I have had problems with my phone twice. And each time I go into Verizon's. They have always solved my problem.
I have been very pleased with customer service across the board with Verizon Wireless compared to T Mobile and AT&T but I did find out all store calls Nationwide are being redirected to corporate for Black Friday only.
You need to call them.
Yes only closed Christmas and Thanksgiving
Verizon company store. I've been with them for quite a few years now.
First, go to your settings and go down to sound. Check that if that's not the problem...Go to your settings, go to device mode, go to motion and gestures, go to "palm motion" and make sure that's switched to off..If that's not it ..Call 611 and with your permission they can go into your phone, control it, and fix the issue while your waiting. Its crazy how they can do that now. Also, you can go to my Verizon and set up a chat session, they can do it that way also. Hope this all helps ;)
Yes since it's both CDMA networks and as long as the phone is paid off Sprint should unlock it for you but from experience, say you're unlocking it for personal reasons. If you mention bringing it to another carrier they may give you the run around.
