First, go to your settings and go down to sound. Check that if that's not the problem...Go to your settings, go to device mode, go to motion and gestures, go to "palm motion" and make sure that's switched to off..If that's not it ..Call 611 and with your permission they can go into your phone, control it, and fix the issue while your waiting. Its crazy how they can do that now. Also, you can go to my Verizon and set up a chat session, they can do it that way also. Hope this all helps ;)
I usually end up going into the Verizon Mart if something does not work for me If you're lucky you might not have to spend more money to get your issue fixed
