I picked this bank because we are building a house in Little River and we have a family member that works for First Citizens. Putting all of that aside we couldn't picked a better bank. What a great group. Brings back the era of personal banking. These ladies made me feel like family from the introduction. I look forward to a long term banking relationship.

I am new to First Citizens Bank on purpose. I wanted a more personal touch, something many 'big banks' seem to have lost. This branch was highly recommended by a close friend, and what a wonderful switch it has been. After a recent family tragedy, Tanya D. patiently sat with me and set up minor accounts for two little boys who had just lost their father. I knew I was in the right place. Veronika R. has taken care of my financial needs like a relative. Her professional and genial attitudes guided me well and smoothly.
