When will this store add a local store phone number to this page so we can talk directly with some at this store?

I have been very pleased with customer service across the board with Verizon Wireless compared to T Mobile and AT&T but I did find out all store calls Nationwide are being redirected to corporate for Black Friday only.

I would like to know the same thing.. You have to go in to the store, which they do have great customer service.. to get any help.. It's has good people who do know their business but as far as calling. Not a good thing ....

I hope they do that. But this store is one of the weaker Verizon stores that I've been to.
