Im not sure about the question because you can always pay your bill at any time at any Verizon store, online (My Verizon), or over the phone (there is a $7 fee for customer service to take your payment over the phone). You can pay $20 or $200, it doesn't matter. There are stores that are authorized Verizon dealers and most of those stores can not take your payments or will charge you a convience fee. So, before going call and make sure. I use, My Verizon, it has more payment options, you can see more of a break down of your bill, pay what you want, see discounts, its free, etc. If your active or military vet, government, or corporate employee you can get a discount on your bill and products. Also, you can save $5 for a single or $10 for a double line if you do sign up for auto pay. Hope all this helps answer your question and gives you info needed ;)
