Yes since it's both CDMA networks and as long as the phone is paid off Sprint should unlock it for you but from experience, say you're unlocking it for personal reasons. If you mention bringing it to another carrier they may give you the run around.
You will have to go through the unlocking process from Sprint in order for it to be able to be hooked up to Verizon.
