Why did she just lie to me about prices and availability? Something going on in management I’d be very cautious on approaching this place. Maybe she can tell I’m minority I don’t know but I have never been lied to telling me the website I clicked on is out of date and yet the number and specifics still match up to what I described. I even found through multiple sources that the website is always going to be consistent as far as it’s layout, prices, etc….

Excellent in all the ways that matter! If you know Hazel Dell, then you know that there hasn't always been very many nice places to rent. The county is trying to remedy that now, but Crystal Creek has been great throughout. Crystal Creek is close to the freeway, and surrounded by a beautiful patch of forest on either side. Don't listen to the naysayers, go and see for yourself!

Horrible service from the rental ladies, super over priced for cheap quality, very outdated appliances, only decent part is you feel like you're in the trees... but in reality you're stuck in between two very busy and loud roads. Save your money on this place like I wish I would have!

I have lived here for over a year and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this complex!! The staff is FANTASTIC!! The grounds are well kept and the setting is peaceful with tons of trees and very quiet. I barely hear my neighbors if at ALL, which I am very thankful for. My neighbors are very friendly and I am more than overjoyed with my decision to live here!
